Despite hurricane Ian all our repairs are complete and our house is ready to rent. Location is perfect, only steps to the Times Square bar and restaurant district and the new Margaritaville Resort and Spa. Fort Myers Beach still has scars from the hurricane however the beach is coming back to life. The beach looks great. Over 25 restaurants and bars are open and parasailing is back. Food truck courts are now a new addition to the beach. Live outdoor music is back. The Yucatán, Dixie Seafood Co., Wahoo Willys, Bonita Bills, Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo are some of restaurant’s now open (26 bars and restaurants are now open). Margaritaville is now open and open to the public with 6 new restaurants, bars and day spa and other beach activities. The Beach trolley is running. The Publix grocery store and CVS are open. Please come and support our beach as we recover from Hurricane Ian.
Welcome to your dream house with full size heated pool, best location one block from the beach and the Times Square Entertainment District. Location Location. Paradise on Palermo is a modern house one block from the beach and Margaritaville Resort and spa with the new sunset bar and is open to the public. Just a one block walk from our house you will find beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the most spectacular sunsets in the world. Our house is perfect for couples or families. Paradise on Palermo is approximately 2500 sq ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house comfortably sleeps 6 - 8 people.
The kitchen has everything you may need for luxury cooking needs. The appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, silverware and dinnerware, spices, as well as all the gadgets you'll need whenever you are cooking in. We also have a gas grill for outdoor cooking. If you prefer to dine out, there are many restaurants nearby.
The family room is tastefully decorated with comfortable Tommy Bahama furniture. The entertainment unit includes a large HD TV and a DVD player. There is plenty of seating for everyone in the living room and balcony area.
The dining area provides ample seating for your group. There is a large screened in enclosed balcony with comfortable seating and fans off the family room areas.
Our house offers three bedrooms and two baths. There is new furniture throughout the house and bedrooms. There is large master suite with a king-size bed and private balcony. There is a large master walk in closet. The master bathroom has a large shower. The Queen bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the pool area. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There are ceiling fans and HD TV's in all the bedrooms. We also have a very comfortable queen size air mattress.
The house has a private full size heated pool with a large pool deck. There are plenty of lounge chairs and seats. Enjoy the large pool cabana to escape the sun and enjoy a cool beer. There is a Weber gas bar b que grill. We provide beach chairs, wagons and cooler on wheels to get you and your family to the beach, only one block away. The exterior of the house is tastefully designed with a Key West style architecture. Enjoy the picturesque sunsets, the calm beach waters and sounds of the waves and ocean. Watch dolphins play, collect seashells in abundance, revive the mind, body and soul.
This property is the ULTIMATE LUXURIOUS beach home! Our house is located two blocks south of the bridge and only one block to the Times Square Entertainment District area , Outdoor restaurants, bars and fishing Pier and is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and heating, a full-size washer and dryer, along with bed and bath linens. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for you to use. There are wagons and coolers on wheels provided to get your things to the beach. The beach is a short one to two minute walk from our house. There are restaurants and beach activities such as parasailing and banana boat rides within a short walking distance (two blocks). The downtown Times Square entertainment district is only a one block walk from our house. There you will find many excellent outdoor restaurants and bars, both gulf side and on the back bay. There is an information book in the house which provides information on what to do, where to go and best restaurants.
Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of water sports including jet-skiing, parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. (Jet-ski and boat rentals are available.) And there is a community swimming pool with water slides. All of these activities are within walking distance or a short drive from our house. And there is world-class golfing nearby.
A new Publix Supermarket, a CVS drugstore, movie theater, and shopping are minutes away by car or island trolley. Please review our collection of local restaurant menus and brochures describing Fort Myers Beach and nearby tourist activities.
Driving times to major cities include: Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Bonita Springs (15 minutes); Naples (30 minutes); Miami and Tampa (two hours); and Orlando, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Cape Canaveral (approximately three hours).

My wife and I shared this place over the July 4th Holiday 2025 with another couple. We are around 50 years old and usually take a 3 or 4 day trip to day drink and enjoy the area. This was our first time back since Hurricane Ian and didn’t know what to expect. 1. We decided that The Times Square area, Beach Bars within walking distance down to about Pearl Street is about 65% back to what is was pre Hurricane. The residents are working 7 days a week to rebuild and are very resourceful in using food trailers and trucks as they wait to rebuild.2. Margaritaville does not overwhelm the beach. In fact, it is actually a nice addition as it took up a lot of the run down properties leading you back to the Lighthouse.3. The beach bars have done remodeling and some rebuilding. They have taken advantage of the nice gulf breeze like Diamond Head bar does.4. Went to the ribbon cutting Grand Reopening of the Beach Bar and there was tremendous community pride there as this was the first beach front business that was completely rebuilt from the ground up to open since Hurricane Ian.As far as this home.1. David is very responsive & helpful.2. The house is clean, has plenty of beach toys and linens.3. The bedrooms are great as far as comfortable beds and the King and Queen bedroom have adjoining balconies.4. The sunroom is awesome & the pool is good. Just have some Hurricane scars around the property that will be cleaned up as soon as they can.Don’t hesitate to go to Ft. Myers Beach.

Property was great! Very clean. Definitely will go back. Ft myers is looking good. They have done a very good job. Its cleaned up and lots of building happening. Lota restaurants open and several more are working on getting open. Beach is nice and clean. I feel ft myers will be better than it use to be.

Even with Fort Myers Beach not much to do yet, this house was in a nice neighborhood and well taken care of.

The house was great, Excellent location, Short walk to everything. Heated pool made it nice weather was on the chilly side ocean was 64. The owner called twice checking that everything was okay. After the hurricane considering all the damage the Islands making a come back. We had a great time Thanks William
