Espectacular piso cerca de la playa

Súper recomendable , cómodo

La limpieza muy bien. El piso es precioso, alto, con unas vistas muy bonitas, una terraza grande donde puedes comer. Zona tranquila, seguridad en la comunidad, piscina, varias opciones de transporte al centro de Bcn cerca del piso (metro, bus, tranvía) y centro comercial relativamente cerca (5 min andando). Tiene garaje al que accedes desde el ascensor, así que para nosotros que fuimos en coche, genial. Nosotros hemos estado 4 personas y nos ha encantado a todos.

Tiene algún desperfecto, pero todo funcional (un poco humedad en los baños, ...) y hemos echado en falta solo dos cosas: microondas y colgador para poder secar la ropa. Todo lo demás muy bien. Un poco caro para estar a las afueras. Un pelín lejos de las playas para ir andando, pero no era nuestro plan de viaje, así que no nos importó.

My parents and I stayed two nights here and were impressed by the apartment. There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two televisions, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer that the owner allowed us to use. There was central heating, as well as a plug-in radiator available. The balcony, on which you could dine, and the view from the 9th floor with the Sagrada Família in the distance, was wonderful. We didn't use the outdoor pool, as it's not heated, and it was a bit too cold in mid-May, but that was also a nice amenity. The building has an elevator and a supermarket & shopping mall nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the owner was actually already there when we arrived. A tram that you could take to the Sagrada Família was nearby, but we used Uber/Cabify to get around the city. Highly recommend.
