Beautiful hotel in a lovely location, with an excellent breakfast and very good breakfast service.

However, the rooms and cabins do need some maintenance. We experienced leaking toilets, and the bathrooms were also quite small. There are no mirrors anywhere on the property apart from the bathrooms, and the bathroom lighting could be much brighter. We also had some issues with our booking. Although these were eventually resolved, it took quite a bit of effort and hassle to get everything sorted. Emir did his best to help and resolve the issues from his end, and Yousuf was particularly kind and helpful, providing very quick service whenever we needed assistance. Housekeeping could also be improved. The staff seemed to be short-staffed, so the service felt rushed and was not as efficient as expected.

الافطار لذيذ والعاملين ودودين جداً

مفارش السرير مستهلكه جداً عزل الصوت سيء كأني نايم في الشارع من ازعاج السيارات المرحاض ضيق جداً أضيق من مرحاض الطائره
