The location is near the lake, the “apartment” is nice and clean.
The apartment is neglected and need some refurbishment and maintenance. Due to being close to the busy area, you can hear the noises till midnight during the summer.

the hot water every time I have to go to the reception to open it, they did not clean my room.

the villa is located within a complex that was giving safe feeling. their reception and the staff are very friendly and jump to assist in timely manner. the villa seems to be built with very good attention to the interior design. i loved having a laundry machine as we needed one.
the House keeping seems to be running the whole experience. the corners are dirty, WC was not cleaned properly, they didn’t even bother to flush as there was urine left behind. the drawers are broken in the kitchen and there seems to be unused items and was just left behind. the towels are not avg and the bed cover is yellowish. we requested extra bed; yet it was having no mattress. the pillows are very hard and huge to put our heads on. proper deep cleaning is required across. outside seating area was messy and was not set to be used
