Warm, cosy and clean.

Bright, clean and everything you’d want with a cosy Mai bedroom. Everything well explained and easy to do.

The pull out sofa bed is in comfy and blocks access to the rest of the property so toilet trips at night require a clamber over the bed.

Toujours un lieu propre et agréable mais une déception au numéro 3

Sa proximité avec notre route et le fait qu’on connaisse les lieux qu’on soit habitué, à 50% de route de notre lieu de vacances et 50% de notre domicile.

Nous payons le même prix pour le logement numéro 5 une maison indépendante avec deux étages une semaine avant que cet appartement numéro 3 alors qu’il y a moins de choses par exemple pas de bouilloire et plus étroit et même plus cher que le numéro 4 pour lequel nous étions habitués les années d’avant et qui était parfaitement équipé et de même dimension. Fenêtre côté route bruyante.

De twee aparte slaapkamers, eettafel voor 4 personen, keuken en living.

De douche waarbij de vloer in de badkamer en het badmatje drijfnat werden. In de keuken zou er iets meer voorhanden mogen zijn, zoals een keukenmesje om groenten of fruit te snijden.

Sufficiente ma la pulizia davvero, attenzione.

Allora la posizione è una zona di passaggio ma ovviamente ci sta con il prezzo. La casa è molto carina, ha tutto.

La pulizia è importante per dare un senso alla bellezza della struttura e al valore. Mi dispiace molto ma era veramente impresentabile. Un vero peccato perché se fosse stata pulita il soggiorno sarebbe stato piacevole! Peccato. Molta più accuratezza e vedrete che sarà perfetto!

Ruim van opzet

Bedwantsen beten gehad en was niet heel schoon. Instructie was wat verwarrend om de sleutel te krijgen. Buren waren vriendelijk en hebben gebeld en geholpen

Très bon standing pour ce prix.

Salle de vie et Chambre de grande qualité . Très propres. Salle de douche italienne neuve. Accueil autonome et suivi/ hébergement très pro. Sur place quoi se faire un petit dîner ou un peu avec frigo et four MO. Table pour 4. Coucher chambre fermée par porte à galandage pour deux parents et 2 enfants moins de 13 ans ou un grand ado . Seul tout petit bémol un ivrogne chantant avec ses bières et sa radio pendant 30mn mais la police la calme et chassé de l’arrêt de bus face a la chambre. Fenêtre donnant sur rue passante donc parfois du bruit de véhicules si vous ouvrez la fenêtre. Tassimo avec deux doses café et frigo plus MO. Idéal pour dîner la veille. J’ai adoré le coq à 7:00, n’en déplaise aux parisiens qui ne comprenne tous qu’on est en province ! 😉

Indépendant de la prestation : Une arrivée de 3 voitures à minuit qui se sont garées sur les graviers en bas de la maison alors que c’était interdit donc bruit. Les gens ne respectent plus rien…cabinet dc tout petit pour les grand gabarits n’étendez pas les bras lors de l’envol ! 🤣

Goede locatie als je onderweg want dichtbij de snelweg naar Orleans. Maar ook leuk om daar de omgeving te ontdekken. Bakker op de hoek op 100 meter afstand die vroeg open is.

Opérationnel pour y dormir une nuit, mais trop cher pour la qualité médiocre de la prestation

Le lieu au calme dans la ville. Les linges de bains propres et qui sentent bon. Le wifi qui marchait très bien.

La cuisine n'a pas de ventilation et est mal équipée: pas de couvercle pour casserole, la bouilloire est très sale, les casseroles ont le manches qui bouge. La salle de bain est ouverte sur la chambre ce qui fait qu'à 2h30 du matin, le pommeau de douche a déversé un trop plein d'eau en nous réveillant. Le clic clac du salon est très difficile à manipuler, surtout pour le refermer. Les couettes et matelas sont tous tâchés avec du sang et les coussins, certainement très vieux, avaient des taches de moisissures. Les housses de couettes et draps housse et taies sont de mauvaise qualité (récup certainement) sauf celle du lit de la chambre qui était très agréable.

Lo consiglio!

Essendo solo di passaggio, per noi era importante che non fosse troppo distante dall’autostrada e che avesse parcheggio comodo. In più ha un bel giardino, in cui i miei figli hanno potuto giocare rilassandosi dopo tante ore di auto.

Forse manca qualche attrezzo alla cucina, ma nel complesso è un ottimo appartamento

Nuit agréable à vierzon

Après plusieurs heures de routes, nous avons finalement trouvé un havre de paix pour passer la nuit : Arrivee 100% autonome et pratique Lit confortable Salle de bain hyper stylée Petit salon très agréable Tout était propre et bien rangé. Super réactivité de l hôte, beaucoup de gentillesse. Un grand merci, je recommande à 200% cet établissement, allez y les yeux fermés :)
