Velký byt, blízkost moře a pláže, blízkost města, velké dvě terasy, samostatné ložnice
fungovala jen jedna klimatizace v kuchyni, v jedné ložnici nefungovala, ve druhé nebyla vůbec, spíše nespokojenost s čistotou zejména soc. zařízení a vybavení kuchyně byt je v horním patře, v přízemí bydlí rodina ( nejsou majiteli apartmánu) , moc ohled na turisty nebrali, např. v neděli kolem 19hod řezání rozbrušovačkou - demontáž plechových dveří, ráno v 7 hod vysavač na listí ap.
