Carmel Emerald

הדירה מעימה ושימושית. כל המתקנים (מזגן, טלויזיה, מקרר, קומקום) פעלו טוב ללא קשיי הפעלה.

ניקיון. במבט כללי הדירה נראתה נקיה אך כשחיפשתי משהו התברר שמתחת למיטה ולספה לא ניקו הרבה זמן והיה מלוכלך מאד, במקרר נשאר אוכל של הדייר הקודם ופעמיים בחמישה ימים נתקלתי בג'וקים.

Nice apartment in a midcentury not too fancy apartment house 15 min drive from the town center. It is in a quiet neighborhood but prepare to see a wild boar in the garden eating food left-overs during the night... It was a groundfloor apartment so it was rather cool, I hardly needed to use the aircon that also worked perfectly and quietly. The kitchen was well equipped I liked the nespresso coffeemachine but there was no coffee pods provided (I brought mine). The bed was comfy and the whole place was cosy.

The apartment is ok, although it would need some refurbishment (windows, bathroom shower). Shower was leaking, the bathroom floor got wet. The cleaning was not perfect (some smelly food remained in the frigde).

The apartment was set up very comfortably.

Some noisy neighbors

Really cozy and wonderfull place, wirh almost zero minuses.

There is no good showerpad in restroom and there is no drain in restroom, so because of it all the time floor was wet, and it made my experience alot less comfort then it could.
