Rendkívül igényes, és nem csak a kivett szoba, fürdő, hanem a ház többi része is. A kert nagyon szépen kialakított, rendezett, minden igényt kielégítő. A tisztaság nem a sokat tapasztalt látszattakarítás, hanem az ablakok tisztaságától kezdve, a csaptelepek, mosogatótálca, zuhanyzó vízkőmentességén át az ágyak mögötti pornentességig kifogástalan!
