Les chambres sont bien décorées et propre, il y'a tout le nécessaire et les personnes qui viennent faire le ménage sont très sympathiques et compétentes L'établissement dispose d'un ascenseur, de la climatisation, d'eau fraîche gratuite et est très au calme Le prix est vraiment correct et il y'a possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue, de plus il y'a un excellent restaurant "la perla" juste en bas

The bed was very comfortable and large, and the apartment was cozy and nicely decorated. We could always find parking in the streets around the building. Right next door there's a restaurant with delicious food and a great local atmosphere. This was an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, beaches, and wineries. Sassari is a beautiful city, and it was nice that it doesn't have as many tourists as Alghero, while still being lively with plenty to see. Highly recommended, one of the best stays we've ever had! Camera abbastanza carina

Camera accogliente, ma il bagno necessita di manutenzione. Abbiamo trovato il soffione della doccia pieno di calcare (molto brutto da vedere) e il coperchio del WC completamente sganciato. Spero che la gestione risolva presto questi inconvenienti per i prossimi ospiti.
