Great for a holiday with friends. 2 Bedrooms en-suite upstairs and another bedroom downstairs. Outside are was a fantastic. Large outside area to eat and make a barbecue. Well equipped kitchen with lots of great “leftovers” from past guests.
The lounge was a little cramped and the sofa was not comfortable or pleasant to sit on.
As it was very hot in the evenings we sat inside with air conditioning on.
We were invaded by tiny ants that went everywhere. Couldn’t get rid of them. I would suggest to the owners to have an insect terminator in.

Una casa accogliente e equipaggiata in tutto, studiata nei minimi particolari, i proprietari veramente simpatici e parlanti italiano, un vero sogno soggiornare nella struttura, posto tranquillo a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge
L’unico neo è stata la presenza di piccole formiche in cucina

Hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus in einer Anlage von Villen, rund um einen Gemeinschaftspool. Gesperrte Zufahrt nur für die Bewohner, daher kein Verkehr. Eigener, schattiger Parkplatz am Grundstück. 3 Schlafzimmer mit en-suite Badezimmer auf zwei Ebenen. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmern. Terrassen rund um das Haus, Küche auch im Freien. Die Anlage liegt direkt an der Küste. Ein baulich getrennter Radweg führt entlang der Straße nach Agia Napa und weiter zum Kap Greco. Hilfsbereite Eigentümer, jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir waren mit 3 kleinen Kindern dort, es hat super gepaßt.

The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by similar vacation homes, sharing one common pool, but with own sun-beds. It is recommended to have a car to go there.
We have provided with very clear instructions and photos how to collect the keys and kept in touch with the hosts, despite our very late arrival. They have stayed at our disposal at the whole time, when we needed some support.
It is very comfortable to have a personal bathroom in every bedroom. As well as, there is one shared toilet at the ground floor. Every bedroom has an access to spacious terrace which is also very comfortable. All the items in the house are very interesting and make it too cozy. The garden is shady, very big and pleasant, perfect for the breakfast.
All was perfect. Only the cleanliness could be improved a little.
