It was a beautiful villa in a stunning setting. The pool was large and the covering made it great for the little ones in the heat of the sun. The fact it was heated was a real bonus. Rooms were a great size, everything was spotless and our host was amazing.
You need a car to be able to fully enjoy the location.

OGRÓD! Podgrzewany basen (w październiku się przydaje), dużo zieleni w ogrodzie. Intymność w ogrodzie - jest całkowicie otoczony zielenią, więc żaden z sąsiadów cię nie podejrzy. Ogród od strony południowej, pięknie oświetlony słońcem. Wygodne łóżka, przestronny salon, dobrze doświetlone pomieszczenia.
Przed naszym przyjazdem ekipa sprzątająca chyba pominęła sprzątanie podłóg, bywa, nie jest to duży problem. Dom ma już swoje lata i przydałby się mały remont - chociażby podłogi, bo sporo płytek jest luźnych i popękanych, nie wygląda to estetycznie W dodatku pęknięte płytki mają ostre krawędzie, przy małych bawiących się na podłodze dzieciach trochę to niebezpieczne.

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Bouboulina. The pool is absolutely amazing - spotlessly clean, thanks to professional cleaners who come twice a week.
The villa is fairly spacious and beds are comfortable. Good air con in all rooms. BBQ facilities are great, including a very handy outdoor sink. Outdoor lighting is great, making nighttime dining/ swimming a real pleasure.
Location is good. The villa is in a very quiet cul-de-sac and the main road nearby is not very busy at all. 15 minute drive to Ayia Napa. 20 minutes or so to Protaras and the amazing Fig Tree Bay. Very handy supermarket about 1 mile away which stocks most things. Zafiri restaurant next door to the supermarket provides good quality food at very reasonable prices.
Really good wifi and an excellent array of tv channels for those that want it.
We had a couple of very minor issues during our 12-night stay, and the owner was on hand really promptly to sort those out swiftly.
We hope to return to Cyprus soon and will definitely look to see if Villa Bouboulina is available.
While the garden is lovely, the trees and shrubs are so well established (compared to photos) that they have become quite overgrown in places and encroach on the space somewhat. This made the garden feel just a little too enclosed for our liking.
Gardeners did visit once during our stay. They used a leaf blower to remove the dead leaves but didn't do any pruning, which is badly needed. The leaves were back within a day or two!
The tiles in the lounge area need some attention as some are lifted and cracked. Rugs/ mats provided meant that this wasn't much of an issue though.

An excellent stay - the outside area is perfect for families - Elena our host was very helpful nothing was too much trouble , the villa was very well equipped (we had age ranges from 3 - 70 ..)
The only negative was that it was about a 20 min walk to any supermarkets- but we would definitely recommend
