الجناح واسع والأثاث جداً مريح والتصميم راقي. كل شئ نظيف والطاقم كله بشوش ومتعاون جداً. الفطور ممتاز ومتنوع ويحضرونه للغرفة. الاستقبال جدا متعاونين.
المواقف امام الفندق محدودة. يوجد مواقف خاصة بالفندق لكن غير ملاصقة للمبنى.

الموقع ممتاز .. النظافة ممتازة .. الاستقبال والموظفون والعمالة كلهم رائعون ومتعاونون.. دورات المياة نظيفة وكل شيء متوفر .. الرائحة جميلة .. الهدوء ممتاز .. تقديم الدعم مستمر في كل لحظة .. عندهم مخدات كبيرة خطيرة ومميزة بصراحة 😊 .. عندهم أكثر من لفتة جميلة بصراحة .. 1- ساعدونا في الدخول المبكر قبل الوقت وحرصوا على ذلك 2- يتواصلون مع النزلاء بالواتس كل صباح ويرحبون بهم ويعرضون تقديم المساعدة.. .. شكرا للطائف وأهلها وأشكر مالك الفندق على اهتمامه بالفندق والخدمات المقدمة وايضا اشكره على توظيفه لفريق رائع ومحترم وراقٍ.
