The location is good as it is near to Jouri Mall and lot of options for food near to Hotel
The breakfast offered did not have very good taste usually and with very limited options. Also the egg omelettes were not cooked as well done even though we asked to the person making them.

The reception staff were unresponsive and failed to follow up on simple needs, even though I received a room upgrade upon arrival.

This was the on my hotel out 4 hotels which got the beds right fir 11 people stay. The other 3 hotels got it totally wrong and we had to pay extra.

The rat in bookin is different when I booked in the booking the rate is 525 Saudiriyal but they charge me 650 riyal
