Appartamento accogliente e pulito, in zona comodissima: metro e bus vicini, negozi e osterie nei dintorni. Ideale per visitare Roma senza stress.

Nonostante l’arrivo all’orario concordato, il check-in non è stato immediato e ha richiesto un chiarimento iniziale; la situazione è stata comunque poi gestita e risolta con il supporto dell’host

Le logement était impeccable; très propre, lumineux, calme et suffisamment grand, même pour 3 personnes. L'emplacement est aussi très bien, à quelques minutes du métro et d'une importante station d'autobus. Nous avons aussi trouvé de belles épiceries et de bons restos tout près. Très beau quartier, très italien! ;-)

La cuisine n'est pas très équipée ne serait-ce que pour couper du pain ou préparer un simple plats de pâtes. Nous aimons louer des logis car cela nous permet de vivre un peu comme les locaux. Se ravitailler aux marchés, boulangeries et petits commerces environnants, puis faire des plats simples nous-mêmes. Mais il n'y avait que peu d'ustensiles permettant de cuisiner - pas de couteau à pain, couteau de chef ou râpe pour se préparer du bon parmesan pour garnir les pâtes! Mais c'est le seul petit bémol. Tout le reste était parfait!

The place is situated in a quiet area of Rome. A 20 minute walk to The Vatican and some lovely restaurants.

It has a washing machine that was difficult to open the door on, but no clothesline/clothes horse to dry your clothes.

Property is in a great neighborhood about 10 min walk to metro, 15 minute walk to Vatican, 35 minutes to historic city center. Unit was updated and nice. Giusi was responsive host.

Unfortunately we had a major hot water issues. I booked for 12 nights and only had hot/ warm water for showers 4 of the 12 days of our stay. Rome was 37 degrees Celsius so you needed to take multiple showers a day from being out and about. Giusi was responsive and did her best to be helpful but honestly the water issue ruined our stay here. We had to have a plumber and handy man in and out of the unit multiple times to try and fix it. Also, there was no toilet paper or hand soap upon arriving which was surprising but not the end of the world. The washing machine leaked when being ran, bathroom floor would be wet. A drying rack for clothes would be a nice addition.
