Apartment is spacious and clean and has almost everything you would need to accomodate staying put if you needed a day at home away from the hustle & bustle.
It is close to transport links if you do not drive and is all on one level which is fantastic if you have mobility issues.
We have stayed a few times and the only thing that could be improved on are the mattresses. The singles are very clunky when you turn over so it is hard to get a good nights sleep. Also the double is quite low so for people with mobility issues this is quite difficult.

Location was great, around a ten minute walk to the other side of Llandudno.
All self served, information provided in the email to let yourself in and where to get keys etc.
Facilities were fantastic, couldn't believe the size of the property!

Location good, street parking right outside, one stop shop and chip shop across the road. Nice and warm. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid provided. Also shower gel soap and shampoo provided.

En suites were rather small and would have benefitted from a shelf to put toiletries on. Towels are very small, if I'd have known I would have brought my own. More hangers are needed in twin room and would benefit from a mirror and some surface to put makeup etc as drawers were took up by tv. Beds were not comfortable and my mother found it very low and couldn't get up from it without help. Only one bedside table in twin room.

The property was very clean and spacious. It was in a good location to access both beaches and the town by foot.
It needed some minor fixing. There were missing kitchen cupboard doors, hooks for coats were broken and one of the sofas was broken (one of the arms was just sat on the floor resting next to the sofa. Also, when we had windows open in the evening (ground floor bedroom) we had a strong smell of weed coming through from the holiday apartment upstairs - not a direct issue with the property itself but really unpleasant considering we had two children with us.
