Lovely place

Clean, tidy, well presented. Decor was lovely, the rooms a were large and bright. Area was quiet, close to the beach for a morning walk, close enough to the town centre to walk.

Mattress were thin and not very comfy

Brilliant apartment, good location, would stay again.

Lovely spacious apartment, clean and well equipped. Good location right by the beach and only a 10 minute walk to the pier. Easy to find a parking space on the road.

Single beds could have been comfier, mattresses were a bit springy. Outdoor garden area could do with new furniture and a bit of TLC

Good but due to a few issues not excellent.

Good location. Very spacious apartment apartment apart from the bathrooms. The toiletries were very good, tea/coffee were also provided along with cleaning materials in the kitchen. A bottle of wine & biscuits were a nice touch.

There were a couple of negatives which stopped this being an excellent rating. The beds all need replacing due to poor mattresses, they've obviously had a lot of wear! The double provided little support, very soft & springy. One of the twin beds had a roll on it and the other was also very worn. The bathrooms were fitted out nicely but they were very small. A few soft furnishings would make it feel a bit more homely.

Good location, clean, needs some minor things fixing

The property was very clean and spacious. It was in a good location to access both beaches and the town by foot.

It needed some minor fixing. There were missing kitchen cupboard doors, hooks for coats were broken and one of the sofas was broken (one of the arms was just sat on the floor resting next to the sofa. Also, when we had windows open in the evening (ground floor bedroom) we had a strong smell of weed coming through from the holiday apartment upstairs - not a direct issue with the property itself but really unpleasant considering we had two children with us.

Very spacious. Spotlessly clean. Quiet location. Welcome bottle of wine and nibbles provided by hosts....a lovely touch!⁹

Shower cubicles need grab handles because tray is smooth and slippery. No shaver point in either bathroom.

A very relaxing stay and would definitely visit again

Excellent apartment. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Modern amenities and everything in working order. Home from home. The area was clean, quiet and easily accessible to shops etc. Scenery also beautiful.

The beds were slightly soft. Personal choice however still comfortable.

Visiting family

Location was brilliant. Came to visit family so it was a perfect spot. Easy to find. Good communication from hosts both before and during stay Ground floor which was ideal for my mobility and getting little children in and out was perfect. Very roomy apartment. Great facilities and equipment. Very quiet at night. I found the mattresses in the twin room a little uncomfortable. Maybe need looking at soon My daughter who had the double room said her bed was really comfy and cosy Plenty of free on street parking. Shop selling food essentials opposite plus cash machine. Chippy across the road. Great WiFi . Park and prom 2 minutes walk Llandudno main town 2 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk We were very lucky with the weather which made our stay even better! Nothing to dislike at all Recommended

Large comfortable apartment in great location

Immaculate house, large and spacious with comfortable beds. Great lounge area. Great location. Stones throw away from west shore and conveniently across the road from the shop

Lovely apartment ideally located to explore Llandudno and further afield

This is a beautifully presented and comfortable apartment. Has all the facilities you could need and very accessible for those not so mobile/infirm. It is a ten minute walk into the centre of Llandudno and close to local buses/shops for you convenience.

If being picky there was no information pack re use of heating etc or local area, attractions, local taxi numbers
