Wszędzie bardzo blisko, spacerkiem do morza 15 min. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, piekarnie dookoła, żabka obok. Zmywarka na wyposażeniu, pralka również. Rolety w oknach, w szafkach pełne wyposażenie kuchenne. Dużo miejsca w szafkach.
Brak miejsca parkingowego. Mieszkanie na 2 piętrze w kamienicy bez windy. Czystość hmmm... Poszewki na poduszki z plamami, okap brudny, wypadające drzwi do prysznica. Aloes przelany, zgniłe łodygi. Sąsiedzi bardzo głośni, w dzień muzyka dudniła u sąsiada obok, w nocy impreza u sąsiadów z góry, ściany bardzo cienkie. Bardzo głośna ulica, karetki mogą obudzić. Nie działało wifi.
