Apartament w bardzo dobrym punkcie, 8 min pieszo z dworca, 10 min. pieszo na przystań. W bliskim zasięgu restauracje, piekarnie, CH Batory z foodhall. Apartament bardzo czysty, wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy: naczynia, kubki, sztućce, itp. Duże lustro, duża szafa z wieszakami i druga część z pólkami. Dostępne WiFi i tv. Rozkładana, wygodna sofa. Balkon z widokiem na dziedziniec. Bardzo dobrze doświetlony, lampki w tych miejscach w których powinny być, dobrze oświetlona łazienka. Cicho i spokojnie. Niezbędne informacje nt. dostępów do apartamentu przekazywane na bieżąco. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Zdjęcia w ofercie oddają realny stan obiektu.
