The communication with the owner and the check in procedure was good and quick. The location of the appartment was good, 15 minutes from the Opera on foot. The appartment had 3 bedrooms with king size beds, two showers and 2 toiletes. The amenities were good, there was shower gel, shampoo, washing powder.
The appaertment is on the ground floor, the windows are with metal grilles and all of the windows were facing a busy street. There was a bus stop next to some of the windows making it impossible to open the curtains, basically we had the curtains closed for most of the stay. It was a bit like living in the dungeon.
There was no dishwasher, eventhough in the description it said that there is one.
Most of the bathrooms had mold or something similar on the walls, see attached pictures.
Some of wardrobes were broken.
For what we paid we could have found a much better appartment or a hotel, maybe a bit further from the center.
