Sofa’s we’re on the low side. Struggled to get out

Very home from home. Everything we needed was there and more - especially in the kitchen, plenty of utensils and tools to cook with. Bathroom stocked with clean, good quality towels and bath mats. Beds made in the main room and one of the children’s rooms which was all we needed so perfect! Good location for all types of holiday really, as a quiet location on site, but the option of venturing into Hemsbys seaside area on foot or 2 minute drive for a more busy, family fun type of holiday. Great Yarmouth only a 20-30 minute bus journey too which is even busier so makes for a good day out. The host was perfect and very accommodating - we were told we could arrive earlier if we wished and was only a text away if needed.

No issues at all! Only thing we would recommend is a small lamp in the lounge for in the evenings ☺️

Nothing jumps out and it’s not memorable.

We were disappointed by a few unexpected inconveniences during our stay. First, having to buy our own toilet paper felt unreasonable—this is a basic necessity that should be provided, especially for short stays. Even more frustrating was the fact that we had to purchase electricity separately, which was never made clear during the booking process. These are not standard expectations for a typical stay, and it’s unacceptable to assume that guests will simply know this in advance. Details like this must be stated explicitly in the fine print on Booking.com—not buried in an email after the fact or discovered upon arrival. Transparency is key when hosting, and unfortunately, this stay fell short in that regard. And lastly, the complete lack of Wi-Fi.
