Lovely Chalet 36 Bermuda Park Site, Hemsby

The chalet was well presented and sufficiently stocked with utensils/facilities to meet our needs. The hosts (albeit a little late with the booking info) were positive and came across well. My criticism would not be of them, but more around the site itself.

We didn't like the location, the feel of the holiday chalet site or the staff in the shop. Wasn't keen on the underlying smell of damp or the single bed mattresses (the double was pretty good, thanks!) For me, and meant as no slight against our chalet hosts, the site was a little further away from the beach than we would have liked and probably the least inviting of all the sites we passed during our stay. If you're a couple and happy to walk, I'd say this would be okay, if you're a young family, probably not so much.
