L’emplacement pour un concert à l’accor arena est vraiment top et l’appartement est très bien situé niveau transports en commun. L’appartement est fonctionnel équipement cuisine ok et salle de bain top. Grande télé dans le salon
La literie est un peu trop petite à notre goût (nous avons l’habitude de dormir dans un 160), niveau confort le canapé n’est pas au top dans sa forme initiale. Pour l’été une Clim mobile (car je pense qu’une Clim standard est interdite dans ses immeubles parisiens) serait un bon investissement pour le confort des locataires

Très bon emplacement avec tous les commerces à proximité et différentes lignes de bus et métro. Convient très bien pour 2 personnes, à 4 vous serez serrés. Oui on entend le train mais c'était ok pour nous.
Manque quelques petites commodités basique : sel, huile, torchon, savon main.
