Enjoyed our one night stay

Good location. Modern & clean with very comfortable sofa bed.

The entrance was a bit off putting so first impression not good but once we were in the apartment, it was fine although a bit chilly with no heater.

Very nice apartment

Lucas was very friendly through messages, the tour de France was on during my stay and he was very helpful in telling me how the diversions would affect getting there Well equipped apartment, all you could need for your stay Free parking very close by

We really enjoyed our stay in Dinan - what a beautiful place!

The checkin instructions were clear. The location was perfect. It was great to have a washing machine. The only negative was the sofa bed - it was not very comfortable.

Not what we expected.

This is not a one bedroom, it is a bedsitter/studio. We had driven 400 klms to this property, it was not easy to find and when we did find it we could not get in. It was only the grace of God that a fellow came out of the building and showed us the room. He then telephoned the owner to find the code for the key box. Not a good start to our stay. The owner we discovered divulges very little information. I agree we are in our late seventies early eighties so are not ones that are computer savvy and do not carry phones. Having said this, it does not excuse the owner from not supplying the necessary information in the form of a hard copy. No information regards where rubbish goes.We had to get someone to phone him to see how we got the code for the wifi. This could be a very good bedsitter if the owner put a little bit more thought into furnishing the unit. There is a small table that is over a metre high. Standard height is .900mm. If you are over eight foot tall the table would be fine, however, we are about 5ft 8inches and we had our chins almost resting on the table. There is a fold out bed which is fairly new. What I suggest the owner does is to remove the fold out bed, put in a proper bed, a small table with two comfortable chairs. There is room to do this. The kitchen has a good two plate top and a good oven, however only one frying pan and one saucepan. Kitchen utensils are extremely limited. Crockery limited. The unit was very clean, the bathroom small, but very well appointed. To me one would not want to spend more than one or two nights hear. We spent a week. Being a mind reader would be extremely helpful when staying at this property.

Once access was obtained, all was fine, except the shower which had an excessively strong leak

Hopeless and late communication with the host, who used communication via the app. We had not used the app and require the key-box details in the time stated via computer. Details were provided 24 hours late by which time we were travelling, the telephone contact number provided was discontinued. Needed to go via Booking.com helpline, who were very helpful and sorted this out, but it took 3 hours.

Good value for money

Very good-sized appartment, very clean and well-equipped in some ways. Nice shower-room. Lots of basics provided in terms of food and washing-up liquid, shower gel, etc. Good location near centre of town. Free parking nearby.

Nowhere to sit in comfort. There is plenty of room to add a small sofa or chairs. High table and high stools totally unsuitable for me. Nowhere to sit and read or write. No kettle or bread-knife in the kitchen. Only one saucepan.

Amazing value apartment near the heart of Dinan

Clean, functional apartment just a ten minute walk from Dinan centre. Couldn't beat the price and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a safe place to stay along with convenient parking. Would definitely go back!

There is a pull out sofa instead of a bed which was fine overall but a tad uncomfortable. Also, it was lacking a few basics like toilet paper and a bottle opener. No wine opener, in France of all places!!!

Un petit nid douillet bien tenu

Appartement très cosy et chaleureux, décoré avec goût , l hote est très réactif , dispo et super sympa , je recommande vivement nous étions en déplacement pro et vraiment parfait

Le voisin qui tape a huit heur contre les mur comme un dingue alors que nous ne faisons pas plus de bruit que ça car nous faisons un debriefing de la journée avec ma collaboratrice, donc il abuse un peu mais peut être est il a cran a cause de locataire moins discret , mais bon je recommande quand même l apart

Ce studio est très bien aménagé et confortable. Même si le lit est un canapé, le matelas est de très bonne qualité. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Emplacement au top.

Le logement offre tout le confort nécessaire, la cuisine est bien équipée et le centre ancien est vraiment à deux pas. L'appartement est très calme et on y dort sur ses deux oreilles. Lucas est réactif et très courtois !

Le lit est un lit canapé, il est assez confortable mais pourrait l'être plus. Ce serait top s'il y avait une lampe de chevet pour lire le soir !

Week-end génial et ensoleillé

L'appartement et super bien agencé. propre et lumineux avec 0 vis à vis. L'emplacement est parfait pour une visite du quartier et du port de Dinan. Le week-end était presque parfait ;-)

Le descriptif indique une Chambre et un Coin salon, ce qui peut porter à confusion, c'est un studio soit une seule pièce et donc pas de chambre séparé. nous avons donc dû partager le canapé-lit avec ma collègue.

L’emplacement. Les places de parking. Le propriétaire toujours dispo au téléphone et très aimable. Le studio agréable.

L’emplacement et le parking à côté, appartement très bien aménagé bien conçu. On se sent bien.

Le chauffage, beaucoup trop chaud 23 degrés c’est pas possible on a dormi la fenêtre de la cuisine entre ouverte avec -1 dehors car pas possible de régler le radiateur.

Très bon séjour, à refaire

L’appartement est facile d’accès et bien situé. L’hôte répond rapidement, très sympa. La chambre est très bien avec un bon espace. Le lieu était propre, cosy et confortable. Parking à proximité. Je recommande. Centre ville également à proximité accessible à pieds ( cinéma, pharmacie,…)

Nous n’avons pas réussi à mettre des chaînes de télévision, uniquement netflix. Selon moi, il manque des éléments de cuisine indispensables : passoire, fouet, ustensiles de cuisine (louche,…) , saladier, savon pour les mains notamment dans la salle de bain, des casseroles supplémentaires. Un plus : le congélateur Avec cela se serait parfait ! :) Petite info : Avec la tempête, la fenêtre de la cuisine même fermée s’est ouverte en grand…
