Appartement bien placé et propriétaire très réactif

Immeuble un peu bruyant

Spacious apartment quite well located and was well equipped and very reasonable

It was a little grubby in places, behind the loo for example. We found someone else’s pyjama bottoms under the bed. There was also an annoying beep every few minutes from the hallway we think. Could have been a fire alarm needing new batteries.

Apartamento muy confortable, buena relación calidad-precio. Todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días, equipado con todo lo imprescindible. Alojamiento limpio, sin pretensiones, lo que aparece en las fotos es lo que es. Tiene un aparcamiento de un cine enfrente del piso, en el que puedes dejar el coche si llegas en transporte privado.

Quiza la ubicacion para ciertas personas les resulte lejana, pero paseando en 10/12 minutos llegas al centro, la zona quiza algo aislada, pero no se ve o nota ningún peligro. La puerta de entrada de la calle no cierra especialmente bien, quedando abierta a veces

This is not a one bedroom, it is a bedsitter/studio. We had driven 400 klms to this property, it was not easy to find and when we did find it we could not get in. It was only the grace of God that a fellow came out of the building and showed us the room. He then telephoned the owner to find the code for the key box. Not a good start to our stay. The owner we discovered divulges very little information. I agree we are in our late seventies early eighties so are not ones that are computer savvy and do not carry phones. Having said this, it does not excuse the owner from not supplying the necessary information in the form of a hard copy. No information regards where rubbish goes.We had to get someone to phone him to see how we got the code for the wifi. This could be a very good bedsitter if the owner put a little bit more thought into furnishing the unit. There is a small table that is over a metre high. Standard height is .900mm. If you are over eight foot tall the table would be fine, however, we are about 5ft 8inches and we had our chins almost resting on the table. There is a fold out bed which is fairly new. What I suggest the owner does is to remove the fold out bed, put in a proper bed, a small table with two comfortable chairs. There is room to do this. The kitchen has a good two plate top and a good oven, however only one frying pan and one saucepan. Kitchen utensils are extremely limited. Crockery limited. The unit was very clean, the bathroom small, but very well appointed. To me one would not want to spend more than one or two nights hear. We spent a week. Being a mind reader would be extremely helpful when staying at this property.
