A perfectly pleasant stay - would recommend!

The apartment is well appointed, roomy, and comfortable with free on-site car parking. The location is very central but very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. There is a Carrefour a three-minute walk away and it opens at 7am so a good place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner supplies if needed.

The Internet access provided is unworkably slow (5Mbps down, 0.5Mbps up) and reception for mobile data is poor (0-1 bars). If access to the Internet is critical for you then verify that this has been addressed before booking.

This unit is in an excellent location for all Dinan has to offer, it's clean and neat and has the facilities necessary for your stay.

The couch was a little uncomfortable, but that's a minor thing.

The only thing that let this apartment down was the lounge - it is uncomfortable and not to the standard of the rest of the apartment.

A little quiet home

We loved the apartment. Was like home after being in hotels. Good sized kitchen. So good to have a washing machine (need own detergent. The door needs a very hard pull to open..your washing is not lockedin!😁 ). The carpark is gated. Quiet area. Short walk to restaurants and Carre Four (closed Sundays). 45 minutes to Mont Saint Michel and St Malo. The owner was super helpful with details to get in. 😁 used Google Translate so communication was easy.

Some instructions that the washing machine door needs a very hard pull as we thought our washing was stuck inside.😆 Some detergent would be helpful.

Lovely apartment in fab location

The location was within 10 mins walk of the town. Apartment was light and airy. Plenty of space and everything we could possibly need. Beds were comfy. Collecting the keys was easy with keybox. Great to have a secure parking space. Highly recommend 😁

The first impression it was not very good. the appartment is a little old or careless. But i have to say that after that we were confortable. the best they have is the location and the parking. so if you don need a luxury stay, is a good place.

the owners don´t speak english and is no so easy the comunication. they send you many message to ask you the hour of arrival, and it is a littel bit annoying. the person that show us the apartment, didn´t know how to open the sofabed and the wifi, so was no very comfortable the arrival

The Apartment was ideal as it was well equipped and comfortable. It was in a good location and although there was some works going on nearby apartments it was very quiet by late afternoon and night. Private car parking a bonus.

Bit tricky navigating Dinan to find apartment as not a french speaker. Once found however had no further difficulties getting out and about.

We had a couple of unfortunate bad luck experiences but overall, we still recommend this place

Location and off-street parking was fantastic. Having an entire apartment to relax in was excellent. We really appreciated the space. Everything was very clean. We did have some bad interactions with the hosts but when we finally did get the keys, the host spent time talking everything through with us. Dinan and the area were outstanding.

We had a couple odd experiences with the hosts. When collecting keys, we called 10 min ahead and were told we would be met. We arrived and found the right building but were not sure where to park or where to meet anyone. We stood at the street. We saw a man talking to a construction worker but clearly that wasn't the host since we drove past him and we were standing on the sidewalk, a bit lost, 100 feet away (exactly where the address is). After 10-15 min of waiting, we called again and that guy picked up the phone. We were dumbfounded. Our other issue was the tub stopped draining completely. Then the sink. The owners were not responsive even though we had 3 methods of contacting them. We resolved it in the end by running the kitchen sink. Suddenly the two bathroom drains worked. They never came to check it out. They work and this apartment is secondary to their priorities. Finally, we greatly disliked the toilet down the hall from the bathroom. This was not the only place like this in France but it was the furthest away. Simply a bad layout. Cannot fault the owners for that.

Everything: the location, the apartment itself (very comfy, spacious and well equipped), the private parking and the lovely host. Such a warm welcome and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.
