The property was very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were stocked up with all essentials. The host is very responsive and friendly. We loved the easy access to restaurants and shops which was handy many times.
Due to proximity to main highway, there was a fair amount of road noise. This is no fault of the host, of course. Parking was a little difficult sometimes. The outside of the complex needs a little upgrade, other than that the whole experience was great.

This place is everything you need if you are looking for a comfortable, low budget family place. It’s close to the beach and offers everything you need to sleep in a comfortable bed, cook your meals and have a wonderful time! The staff offer a great guide with many activities, the best beaches nearby and places to eat.
Roosters could be noisy early in the morning, but you get used to it.

Great location! The beach behind the property is quiet and I felt like I was at my own private beach.
If you want to swim, this may not for you as it was rocky.
The room had full kitchen with everything we needed. Safeway was across the street, and we had breakfast and fresh coffee in our place daily without hassling of going out for breakfast.
The shopping center across the street had many restaurants, Starbucks, and shops.
It was just 10 minutes to Downtown Kapaaa and 40 minutes to Poipu Beach.
It was noisy from traffic at night. Wild chickens were all over, crying as early as 4am.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung des Apartments, die Funktionalität des Apartments, das freundliche Personal (vorallem Hausmeister und Poolservice) die Nähe zum Strand für schöne Sonnenaufgänge mit frischem Kaffee, die Ruhige Anlage im allgemeinen. Eigene Waschmaschine und Trockner, Strand Equipment (Strandstühle, Bodybards, Sonnenschirm, Sandspielzeug für Kinder uvm.)
Da gibt es absolut nichts!!!
