    The staff was friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. I recently stayed here for last few times , and it was one of the best hotel experiences. The Room was spacious and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Its a home away from home.

    We had booked a standard suite for our stay at Noah Sky Suites. Once we were shown to our room, they had locked one of the bedrooms (out of two) saying we’d only booked a standard suite. We felt that it was a flawed hotel policy as we could have just been shown to a room which consisted of one bedroom, as opposed to insulting us by making one inaccessible. It’s not like we were going to use both, but if standard suites with one bedroom were not available, they could have just said the second bedroom was an upgrade to make sure the customer didn’t feel insulted. Secondly, the washroom sink was clogged which took ages to drain. Additionally, for the price range, there were no cutlery sets, hair driers, slippers, robes, or any standard hotel amenity I’d expect to see from a good hotel. In fact, one of the dental kits was empty! Moreover, the dispenser in the shower wasn’t labeled as shampoo or body wash, but we soon realized they were both the same. Lastly, the pool was also sub par with poor circulation. However, we’d like to stress on the fact that the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. We only had an issue with the lack of amenities and terrible hotel policies. In summary it was not worth the four thousand something we spent for a night.
