I really just have a few simple rules: No Smoking inside. No Pets. No parties or events. And please respect that checkout is by 11 AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving.
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there`s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

This cozy house is a perfect place and it`s right in the heart of of everything Lafayette. It is also less that 5 mins away from Downtown which has great antique stores, sport bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping. It is also within 3 mins to the Cajundome and Cajun field. Enjoy short uber rides to your concert events. Its a quiet neighborhood with amazing local culture. Come see for self why people book here.

This house is really cute. The unit was clean, the water was hot, and the beds slept well. We had one littel issue with one of the beds, but the owner had it fixed the very next day. Conveinant location, close to campus and downtown, but also close to area attractions and business's. The only con was the road noise at night was a little loud from the main road, otherwise good stay.
