The property is surrounded by a well-kept private garden with lawn and flowers from which you can admire a splendid view of Castiglion Fiorentino. Within the garden there is a comfortable patio, furnished with a dining table for 6 people, a lounge area and a swing.
The outdoor spaces feature a beautiful fenced pool (11 x 5 m, depth 0.8 - 1.8 m), open from 1st June to 1st October, and equipped with parasol, deck chairs and outdoor shower.
Near the pool there is also a stone barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious grills with friends.
Finally, at guests\' disposal you will find: an uncovered private parking for 5 cars, a small children\'s play area (with slide and swing), and an unfenced five-a-side football pitch, for the amusement of both adults and kids.

The sleeping area consists of: 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom (with bathtub), 1 double bedroom with direct access to the garden, and 1 bedroom with bunk beds.
Lastly there is a bathroom with shower.
