A wonderful stay next to an enchanting villa!

Fantastic location! We have been so lucky to have found this amazing “villa”. The villa has an historic and aristocratic vibe and although only one part has been restored (amazingly restored!), we loved it even more! Valentina, the host, has been fantastic and had always time for a chat and laugh with us. The building itself is a beautiful converted former Villa Fiorentina, with a central courtyard and a driveway surrounded by a beautiful “bosco” (forest) where at night you can spot families of “cinghiali” (wild boars)! I attached a couple of photos; view from our room and a fantastic breakfast delivered by Valentina to our room when my partner had to work. So nice and sweet of Valentina! Highly recommended. We will be happy to return.

Amazing, beautiful place with a Soul

Amazing place with a soul and with huge history behind that. Valentina (owner) is wonderful, full of power and creativity, which force her to create such wonderful place. She did and is still doing tremendous "her own hands" work to run that place and effects are WOW. I recommend take some time to talk with Valentina :) Rooms are beautiful, bathrooms are very big. Everything is detaily clean. Breakfast is very good, she can prepare on your request. It is served with detailed precious. Deeply recommend that place! Thank you Valentina for your welcome, we will come in few years to see effect of your job of renovating mail building!!

Superb

We travelled with our 6 month old son and Valentina made special arrangements to make sure we were able to make his food and anything else we might have needed. The location is fantastic.

I would love to see the place when it is completely ready as it is still being renovated. With that being said, the parts that have been renovated so far are beautiful.

What the owner is doing is amazing, restoring an important landmark is honorable. The potential is there, a lot of work and investment has been done and there’s more to come.

Nothing comes to mind except the “first impression” which is the driveway up to the estate and also the gate. It’s not criticism, it’s just realizing there’s a long way to go however the place is amazing.

Unforgettable agritourism experience

It was an unforgettable agritourism experience in a villa with a history, beautifully equipped. Everything is done and decorated with great love and taste. The owners of the villa are very welcoming people and have done everything to ensure that we have great memories of this place. The food was delicious, homemade. We will definitely come back here!

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft

Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde der Seitenflügel des Anwesens zum B&B restauriert. Valentina bemüht sich sehr , eine persönliche Note einzubringen. Sie hat uns mit einem hervorragenden 5 Gänge Dinner einen wunderschönen Abend im Saal beschert, vielen Dank dafür

Villa padronale d’epoca ristrutturata con gusto

La struttura è una villa padronale d’epoca ristrutturata conservandone le peculiarità come i soffitti, i pavimenti ed il mobilio; la camera “Valentina” ed il suo bagno sono molto spaziosi, di bell’impatto e puliti; la struttura è molto silenziosa ed immersa nel verde; il giardino anteriore è ben tenuto!è presente il Wi-Fi, la ti ed un phon in camera! La colazione è fatta in casa! Ottima la crostata! C’è un parcheggio ampio su terreno! Nell’area colazioni c’è un frigorifero che può essere utilizzato da chi soggiorna!

All’arrivo si è un po’ spaesati perché la strada privata che porta alla villa non presenta alcun cartello e non c’è una reception; però la padrona di casa è davvero simpatica e gentile nonché super disponibile e ti invia la posizione su whatsapp!

Eccezionale!

Siamo stati veramente bene!!! Luogo molto bello, immerso nel verde e contemporaneamente vicino al centro cittadino di Castiglion Fiorentino. Atmosfera accogliente, piacevole e di familiarità, sia per l'autenticità del luogo, sia per la cordialità e disponibilità di Valentina che gestisce l'agriturismo in maniera ottima. Abbiamo dormito benissimo in un luogo tranquillo e senza rumori e con un letto veramente confortevole. Colazione ottima, varia ed abbondante, servita in una sala molto bella ed accogliente, con molta cura anche al dettaglio delle apparecchiature, dei tavoli, con la massima attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti. La posizione è veramente strategica: in 30/40 minuti da qui si raggiungono importanti località turistiche e luoghi d'arte di questa parte del territorio, quali Arezzo, Lucignano, Sinalunga, Asciano, Monte San Savino, Montepulciano, Chiusi, Castiglion del Lago, Passignano sul Trasimento, Città di Castello, Anghiari, nonchè Cortona raggiungibile in 20 minuti e lo stesso Castiglion Fiorentino che merita di essere visitato. Consigliamo vivamente un soggiorno in questo agriturismo.

Splendido soggiorno

L’agriturismo di Valentina e’ immerso nel verde, la Villa in parte da ristrutturare e’ bellissima. L’accoglienza è estremamente calorosa , si capisce che viene fatto con amore. La nostra camera suite Vittoria ci ha sorpreso per stile e spazio. Il bagno spettacolare. Ottima la colazione servita con massima cura nei particolari dell’ apparecchiatura.
