Located on a corner canal, the water views are endless! **THIS PROPERTY NOW HAS A FULL SCREENED IN LANAI OVER THE POOL DECK.** This property has a heated pool, the tub portion of this pool is heated to the pool's temperature.

The location was great for a boater - quite close to open water. The three baths were nice to have. The house was as described and the screened lanai was spacious and comfortable. As someone else mentioned, the guest bedrooms would not cool down as much as the rest of the house, but it was 95 degrees outside every day. Would stay again.

The property was exactly as described in the listing in a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants along with Winn Dixie and Publix are close. The view from the house was spectacular with daily sightings of dolphins and manatees. The heated pool was great. Well equipped kitchen and sufficient bath as well as pool towels were provided. Property management was great. They provided great details prior to your arrival and promptly responded to your inquiries. The only down side to the property was a relatively small garbage can to put out for the trashmen.

We were able to see dolphins and diving pelicans at least half the days of our stay.
