We had a great stay, and the location is unbeatable. There is a playground in the field right across the street, and the beach is a block away. Plus, there are enough restaurants nearby that you don’t have to walk to 96th street all the time. The place is super clean, cozy, and convenient. We loved the heated pool too, which is truly heated. We went in September and it was pretty chilly out but the pool felt like a bathtub! Check-in was quick and easy (I messaged the owner for the lockbox code and received a response immediately) and there is a dedicated parking spot in the back. We’d definitely rent here again!
