LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Welcome to a sunny, casual and comfortable seashore vacation getaway just one block from the beach right on the Avalon/Stone Harbor border at 81st street - 2nd floor unit. This four bedroom condo invites relaxation decorated in a bright and cheery beach themed décor. NEW for the 2024 season is a beautiful fully remodeled kitchen that took down a wall to open up the room allowing for the addition of a kitchen island with fabulous Quartz countertops and all new appliances. Plenty of room to stretch out and entertain with kitchen seating for 8 plus 3 at the island plus a huge sectional couch in family room. Sliding glass door in the dining room accesses wraparound deck. Master bedroom suite has king bed, a shower bathroom, and sliding door to sun deck. Polka dot bedroom has full size with twin bunk and twin trundle bed to sleep up to 4. Blue room has a queen bed. Coral bedroom has 2 twin beds. Second hall bath includes a shower with tub. Enjoy family BBQ dinners sitting on the large wrap around deck at the large outdoor dining set with seating for 8 then relax on the comfy conversation set.
With only a one block walk to the beach, multiple dining options including The Windrift, Icona Avalon Brew Bub, Mack's Pizza and more within short walking distance and recreation center with playground for the kids across the street, this home is perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation!
Amenities include central air, gas BBQ grill, 10 beach tags valued at $35 per tag if you had to buy a weekly tag yourself, outdoor enclosed shower and private driveway parking for up to 3 cars. Full sized front-loading washer/dryer.
Please note no stays less than 7 nights Saturday to Saturday in July and August, Sheets and bath towels are NOT included. Stays less than 7 nights will have an added cleaning fee at time of booking. NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED.

I took my parents down the shore for the annual Holiday Weekend events in Stone Harbor and Avalon. Not only was this house clean and comfortable but it was in the perfect location. In the middle of the two towns without being in the noise and congestion of the festivities. Would stay here again!

Property was clean and kitchen beautifully updated. Both indoor and outdoor seating and dining. Comfortable mattresses. We loved walking to the beach and up to the shopping areas. There are also great restaurants within a few blocks walk. Hoping to stay again!

Common area is the best part of the house. Roomy and cute. Beds aren’t the best and there are no extras included such as hand soap, body soaps and bathrooms had less than one roll of tp provided. Don’t like that stone harbor houses do not provide sheets or towels. Added inconvenience and coordination. Owner was very nice and accommodating.
