This home is a five bedroom, five bathroom home. The spacious main level has two separate family rooms as well as two dining room tables, all perfect for games and activities! The kitchen is perfectly located in the heart of the house with an island bar and close to one of the family dinning room tables with plenty of natural lighting!
For sleeping and relaxation, this home has four bedrooms on the main level, with three of the bedrooms having king sized beds for comfort and plenty of space to stretch out! The Master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower and bathtub. The second bedroom at the end of the hall will have a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The third bedroom across from the master has a full bed and tv with the hallway bathroom across the hall that has a tub/shower combination. The last bedroom on the main floor has a king bed with a window view of the pool and easy access to the single vanity bathroom with a tub/shower combination as well.
On the second floor of this home you will find the large bonus room that has two futon sleepers, pool table, the fifth bedroom and bathroom! The bedroom is separate from the bonus room and has two twin beds with a bunk bed that has a twin on top and full bed on the bottom. Great space for the kids! The bedroom has direct access to the single vanity bathroom that has a tub/shower combination that also shares with the bonus game room!
Outside you can enjoy the pool (attached spa does not heat) and large fenced-in backyard, play outdoor games, have a meal, or lounge by the pool deck.

Short walking distance and nice big pool! The home was very spacious for sleeping a large group, however the amenities that they offered were not equipped for large groups. Seating outside is limited, only one hair dryer in the entire place, and very limited cups and bowls. For groups with children, there is not many non breakable kitchen supplies or any games available for days in. There was not a broom so it was hard to keep the floors clean throughout our stay which is a struggle with a lot of people including small children.

Well appointed house in a great location. Close to the beach. Nice, quiet private street. The house could use some updating but is spacious and comfortable.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at 2 Sandpiper. The property was spacious enough (and some) for our 13 family members. Being only 2 blocks from the beach was wonderful and it was an easy walk. The pool was an added bonus and it was used a lot during our stay. The folks at Beachside Getaway were absolutely tremendous and very quick to respond to any issue we called them about. Our family will be back to this property again for our next vacation as long as we can coordinate our available dates with the availability of 2 Sandpiper.

The management company for this house was very responsive to our issues. The problem we had was there was not enough bandwidth for all the electronics a large family with teens travels with. We did not have consistent reception for anything ! No tv or internet ☹️
