Access to the property is via Smart Lock.
Our home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs only (up to 40 pounds each). We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, with a pet fee of $250 per pet. No other pet types are permitted.

Private vehicles equipped for winter conditions, such as four-wheel drive or snow tires, are recommended for navigating the snowy roads. It's important to stay updated on weather conditions and road closures to plan your routes accordingly.
Other Things to Note:
* Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in whichever is sooner.
*Accidental Damage Protection Every stay at Irvie Homes comes with peace of mind, featuring up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection.
Coverage Details:
Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $3,000.
Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.
* There is a pellet stove in the living room that is controlled by the thermostat hung on the bookcase. There are pellets in the container next to the stove if you need to refill the pellets. There is also a pellet stove outside for you enjoyment.

* You have private access to the entire home

• No parties or events
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• Must obey house Occupancy Limits.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately.
• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home. The area does have wildlife including but not limited to Birds, Coyotes and Snakes. Please be observant.

We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe; this property is truly amazing. Great quiet location, exceptionally clean, updated, an outdoor grill to make tasty dinners. Wonderful courtyard to take in the blue skies, sunsets, and the gorgeous rose bushes. I could go on. My only wish was that we had more days available. We will be back. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

Loved this property for our event. Close to both starts. Great quiet property with a very comfortable feel. Perfect for us. We will stay here again.

It was a very nice house, very clean and nicely decorated. There was an issue with hot water that was never resolved. Hot or warm water would never come out of the faucets. Luke warm water could eventually be gotten in the shower but it did not make for a pleasant experience. We contacted the host but it was never fixed while we were there.
