We spent 2 months at the property. It was well-equipped and convenient to shopping and other area of interest. The neighborhood was quiet and beautifully landscaped. The community pool was a big plus. We would stay again, but the property is already booked for next Winter.

We stayed at this home while my husband received medical care from Moffitt Cancer Center. It's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. With the exception of the downstairs bedroom, there are no window coverings downstairs or on the stairwell. I felt exposed to possible intruders outside, particularly at night when my husband was inpatient. The downstairs only has a half bath - no tub or shower, so this limits the usefulness of the downstairs bedroom in my opinion. At the time of our stay, the sliders downstairs had gaps at the bottom so I regularly swept up bugs from the floor. I enjoyed having a secure garage for my car and the washer/dryer. The home is in a lovely community,

We had a very nice stay at cobblestone. The place was very clean and Charles and Kim was always available for our requests. I strongly recommend ITrip for your stay.
