A perfect place to shelter away from noisy traffic and billowing smoke. This spacious getaway home is free of parking restrictions for cars, RVs, and boats. Just 25 miles north from the heart of Downtown Tampa and Tampa International Airport. A few miles away from main shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores. Close access to prime locations such as Tampa Premium Outlets, Saddlebrook Golf Courses, Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, University of South Florida, and hospitals. This home is also in compliance with recent COVID-19 safety guidelines and is a safe environment for all guests to retreat.
This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom country style home offers everything in one place. There is a formal living room with plenty of seating and a warm fireplace for cozy mornings and evenings. Perfect for drinking coffee or reading a captivating book. There is also a cozy workspace that includes a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances to cook up those masterpiece meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a private dining room for elegant dinners.
On the other side of the home is the tranquil master bedroom, which includes a king size bed and private modernized bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is decorated with a peaceful feeling. The third bedroom includes two beds for extra guests. Each bedroom has a window that connects guests to the nature surrounding them.
In addition to the bedrooms, the house offers a spacious family room that includes a full bar where guests can be the bartenders for a fun night in. The space is privately enclosed by French doors, which makes it perfect for an additional sleeping space for larger groups of guests. This home has a full laundry room with usable equipment to meet the needs of all guests. Moreover, guests can utilize a full two car garage aside from parking their RVs and boats outside. For convenience, this home offers high-speed internet, cable, and Roku for preference.
To add to this beautiful home, guests can find a piece of land outside where they can camp out, have picnics and BBQs using our large propane grill, and play on the tree swing. The outside space includes a firepit and accessible wood for chilly nights and aboveground pool with wooden deck for hot summer days. On the same piece of land is a greenhouse full of fresh herbs and organic eggs. The greenhouse offers an aquaponic system that raises the farm. This unique home is hard to find and is suitable for all visitors including large groups

Place is super nice and very spacious. Easy to find and our hosts were great with directions. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay and would book it again.

Not a great neighborhood, but near the skydiving center we were visiting. House was very clean and large. A few things we didn't care for like uneven floors, foam mattress, and can't turn shower on without getting hit with cold water.would stay there again.

Because we spent most of our time at my parents' house, this house was fine for what it is. We were really just looking for a place to lay our heads. Check-in was easy. Communication was good. Beds were comfortable. However, we were disappointed that the listing didn't match our expectations in some regards. There was no "pull-out sofa", just an airmattress and sleeping bags. No extra linens for the beds. We paid an additional fee because of our 7th guest, and they ended up sleeping on the couch!The king-size bed is so high off the ground that we had to use a step stool to get into it, and it was very inaccessible for a family member with mobility challenges, as is the rest of the house, which has multiple steps from room to room.The kitchen was bare. The standard glasses, plates, toaster, coffee pot, but none of the usual staples that I would expect in a VRBO rental. For example, there weren't even salt or sugar shakers. No Ice trays, dishwasher, laundry detergent, hand soap, etc.The backyard, though large, is very open with almost no privacy from the neighbors. The pool is built right on the fence line to the neighbors, with whom we were told to limit contact (not a great sign), so we never used any of the "amenities".Overall, our stay was fine; we appreciated that it was close to our family, but we wouldn't recommend it as a "destination".
