About this house rental
Relax in our gorgeous brand new home located off north highway 16 and only 8 minutes to Main Street Fredericksburg! We are on a 9 acre private lot surrounded by nature with a beautiful one acre fully stocked pond. Enjoy our game room with a game of shuffle board or a game of pool. Relax with a cold drink outside by our pool or soak up the warmth in our 12 seater hot tub. Watch TV on our huge outdoor patio or star gaze at night. Cook a gourmet meal in our high end Sub-zero/Wolf appliance kitchen. With seating inside for 24 you can invite all your family or friends. This house has it all! Three king bedrooms each with attached bathroom, one bedroom with two queen beds and a huge 8 twin bed bunk room for the kids with a shared hall bath. You get the best of both country life and a city life with a quick 8 minute drive to shopping and dining on Main Street Fredericksburg. Come and enjoy what Fredericksburg has to offer! Please note hot tub heating is included but pool heating is an additional fee.

House was very lovely for our annual summer trip with family. Our group included 12 adukts (4 aged 18-21 and 8 aged 47-52) and 3 kids aged 11 to 17. Our group did trips such aa hiking enchanted rock, shopping downtown, and an afternoon in Luckenbach and coming back in the to your family home was always a treat…refreshing pool, game room with pool table, shuffleboard, and large TV was great for teenagers. The teenage boys loved the pond and had luck with several catch and release. And we loved we can also sit together and have dinner. The kitchen was well stocked for entertaining – making drinks, cooking dinner, enjoying coffee. We are a cooking group and loved the large stove, double ovens, large pots and pans, and there was plenty of plates and utensils. The house was clean and open… Never felt crowded and the three king rooms were a treat!

A wonderful property and beautiful setting. Deer and turkeys were a nice visit daily and the comfortable living area made visiting a pleasure. Cooking brought all together. Perfect family get together, even though it rained a lot.
