Attached to the property is an island with its own boat ramp which is a picture-perfect venue for a Lake LBJ wedding, family reunion, corporate event, or other large group gathering. There are several wet slips to tie your boat for immediate access.

The pool bathroom is accessible from the outside deck or inside of the house making for easy, clean access from the water.

The downstairs of the home has one bedroom with a king-sized bed and the option to close the bathroom door from the hallway to create a private ensuite. Downstairs there is a laundry room with an additional half bath.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms each fitted with a king-sized bed and their own private bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has an additional bunk bed. A 3rd bedroom as two full-sized beds and access to a bathroom across the hall. The 4th bedroom has four built-in bunk beds with its own connected bathroom.

The detached garage has been converted to an epic game room with two extra bedrooms. Complete with a 65” TV, pool table, ping pong, sink, drip coffee maker, refrigerator, convection microwave oven, and dining nook this space is not to be missed! Each of the two bedrooms have one queen-sized bed, and one bedroom has an additional twin bed in a loft. The garage space is complete with one bathroom with a double vanity.
