Welcome to the brand new Rivers Edge Cabin just minutes from downtown Geneva. With a ten minute drive you'll find many great wineries, restaurants, and entertainment spaces. Find yourself relaxing in the screened in porch enjoying the private scape on the canal. Our 90 foot dock can accommodate multiple boats at no extra cost to you. A Perfect place to access Cayuga or Seneca Lake. We offer two kayaks, a firepit and dock chairs, also all included in the rental!
The space
Expect to find a clean and neat space to unwind on your vacation. The cabin is brand new creating a fresh comfortable space to enjoy. There are no shared spaces so you will have full access to the cabin and all of its amenities including parking spaces for your boats and vehicles.

We offer self check in and will provide clear instructions to make it easy as possible upon arrival. We will be reachable through the VRBO app at anytime and encourage you to reach out with any questions to ensure you get the most out of your vacation hassle free. We grew up in the area and also love to share our favorite spots and recommendations around.

This was one of the best and cleanest places my husband and I have ever stayed. The pictures Mike has online, advertising this comfy cabin, are exactly what you get upon arrival. We have never stayed at an air B and B before because of the “unknown” I guess. We have always camped in cabins, camped with our own camper or rented hotels. This was one place we will return to AGAIN and AGAIN! The town is amazzzing. The location is BEAUTIFUL!! And the cabin is IMMACULATE!!! The bedding and towels smelled fresh and clean. The floors were polished and shining! The outside porch is beyond cozy and the kitchen has anything and everything you need for a weekend away! Mike, the host, is easy to get a hold of if there is a problem (but there won’t be, trust me) and his recommendations on dining and entertainment were spot on! To us, it was a home away from home and we will be returning.

I would consider this cabin a tiny home, with lots of room!! The cabin is beautiful, exceptionally clean and laid out perfectly! It's a wonderful space for solo travelers, families, friends get-together and couples! The kitchen was well-appointed with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, including storage containers, crockpot, and blender. It's a few minutes drive to several Wineries, Geneva, and Seneca Falls and is a perfect spot to just enjoy the canal view from the dock or screened porch. It was really beautiful, and Michael is a wonderful host! Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay! Very clean! Owner easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. Has all the amenities needed and more. Love the enclosed pack porch for coffee in the morning, drinks in the evening.
