About this house rental
Perfectly efficient setup, in a nice neighborhood, that’s in the middle of everything, right at the North end of Seneca lake. 3 minutes from the lake, 5 minutes from downtown Geneva, or 5 minutes from downtown Waterloo. If you're interested, ask about our bicycle and outdoor game rentals.. Hot-tub is no longer available.
The space
It’s a cozy place to crash, and relax after enjoying the area. Make some s’mores over a campfire in the backyard, grill dinner and hangout on the back deck, enjoy the WiFi or find something to watch on the tv via the fire stick ect...
Guest access
The out buildings (garage, and both sheds) are off limits. There is also a spare room in the basement that I keep my belongings in. Please do not attempt to access that room.
Other things to note:
If you are traveling with a pet or pets, there is an additional cleaning fee.
We also charge a $250 security deposit to first time VRBO users. On a rare occasion someone may very briefly visit the property, at a reasonable hour, just to retrieve something from the garage or shed out back

House was clean, host was great and communicates promptly. The area is central to lots of activities, however it should be noted this house is right on the busiest road in town. I was traveling with a boat and trailer, it was extremely dangerous/impossible to back in other than in the middle of the night. Host was accommodating providing off site place to park the boat to avoid this. 3’ fence in the backyard is great for keeping smaller dogs in.

The house was very clean. The owner kept in contact. Check in was very easy. We really enjoyed the fenced in back yard for the dogs. The bed was very comfy.

This house and outdoor furniture was not well-maintained. It needed a deep clean and replacement of deck furniture and some living room furniture. Bathroom needed updating.
