This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is situated on a large private lot within a golf course community.  Agave Palms is located within 2 miles of an Intercoastal waterway marina and 6 golf courses!! You are 2 miles from Surf City Shops and activities, and 10 miles from Surf City Pier and Beach!! As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that's perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with extras like: a Kenmore Frigidaire Fridge stainless steel 2 door fridge, flat top stove, Toaster Oven, Microwave, 5 gallon water dispenser, stainless steel pots & pans, Keurig Coffee Machine, stocked up to get you started with all the essentials, full size washer and dryer, extra fridge and freezer in the laundry room for extra provisions and other items needed for the beach.  The pantry has ample storage with lots of extras like a blender, outdoor bbq supplies and more. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals for your friends or family. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is complete with a 45” flat screen tv, tray ceilings with a ceiling fan,  an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub with jets, an open shower and a large walk-in closet. The Master bathroom includes towels, blow dryer, magnifying mirror and toiletries (soaps, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner) Bedroom 2: Is furnished with a 42” TV, a dresser, a ceiling fan, arm chair, closet and a Queen Bed. Bedroom 3:  Furnished with a 42” TV, a Large oversized Futon, a ceiling fan, a dresser and a closet. Bedroom 4:  The furnished room over the garage (FROG) is a versatile space that has a 42” TV, 2- Twin Beds, a Futon, and a Queen size Air Mattress available in the closet for additional sleep room if needed.  The FROG also has a wonderful Egg chair, ceiling fan, additional tower and floor fans available in the closet. The Nostalgic lights give the room a fun, unique feel in this great space during your stay. The 3rd bathroom includes towels, blow dryer and toiletries (soaps, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner.) The sunroom is a fantastic addition that invites you to enjoy the natural light and warmth, and it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind with candles , lights, ceiling fan and spacious seating. The two-car garage provides plenty of room for vehicles and storage as well as a Tesla Charger that is available for guests with a Tesla (on request). We also have a variety of outdoor sporting goods available for our Agave Palm Guests: a Golf Caddy, 2 Boogie Boards, 2 Skimboards, a cooler, a beach cart, 2 lounge beach chairs, camping chairs, 3 small child camping chairs, beach toys, pickleball boards, tennis racquets, beach toys. The laundry room is conveniently located for easy access, right outside the Kitchen with a medium sized Freezer/Fridge. Agave Palms is located just a mile (15-20 minute walk to Ironclad Golf and Brewery, Shaka Taco, and a large Pickleball court.  There are weekly live bands playing at Ironclad Golf & Shaka Taco as well as tons of space to let the kids run freely with outdoor games and space.
