About this house rental
Located in one of the best private condominiums in Florianópolis, the property is perfect for those who want to spend quality time with family or friends.
Recently renovated and with a charming heated pool, the house has a large space integrated into the outdoor area, which provides good social gatherings with everyone together.

On the ground floor, we have an integrated environment, with a full kitchen and integrated island, a dining room with a table that seats 10, a TV room and a toilet. Still on the ground floor, we have one of the suites and the laundry room.
Connecting to the external area, we have the gourmet area, which has another complete kitchen, with an integrated island. The barbecue, wood stove, brewery and wine cellar make the difference in this environment.
With a dining table for 10 people and large glass doors overlooking the pool, the place is perfect for leisure time with family and friends.
Upstairs, we have 4 bedrooms - 3 of which are cozy suites -, a fitness space and a laundry room.
