- 20 km from Floripa Airport;
- 18 km from Campeche Beach;
We also offer spaces and settings perfect for your photo shoots, video productions, training sessions, courses, cocktail parties, social gatherings, birthdays, exhibitions, recordings, and studio photos, with versatile and creative environments full of possibilities for your project.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: (1) The hosts require all guests to fill out a registration form outside of Airbnb after the reservation is confirmed; (2) Gatherings and social events are permitted in the accommodations between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. for up to 19 people; bands or DJs are NOT allowed—only background music; (3) Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; (4) Smoking and/or the use of illegal drugs are prohibited inside the accommodations and in the common areas of the house. Failure to comply with the house rules is grounds for immediate termination of your stay and/or charges for any damages, extra cleaning fees, and fines resulting from a violation of these rules.
