I found the furniture in the living room uncomfortable . There was no large mirror anywhere. I think this is a necessity in the main bedroom. The bathroom has no hooks for hanging clothes on. The television in the main bedroom could not be plugged in as the cable was too short to reach a socket. I had to contact the property manager to request an extension lead (which she brought the next day). Basic essentials, such as laundry liquid/capsules, milk, shower gel and a brush, rather than just a J-cloth, for washing dishes manually, were not provided. I have never stayed in a self-catering property before that did not include these kinds of item. The main bedroom door, because, as a fire door, it is on a spring, slams shut very noisily. The kitchen blind was not properly pulled up and the cord was inaccessible. The property manager offered to come in and resolve this but I was waiting to go out so declined her offer. The sloping blinds on the side windows in the main bedroom were very high and could not be fixed in a rolled up position, which cut out light. The main bedroom had only one bedside lamp (this did not matter to me). The hairdryer lacks a nozzle. The lack of a dedicated parking space - as every other apartment on the site seems to have - is a significant drawback. Parking at the adjacent railway station was suggested, but this would be in contravention of the railway company's conditions. The key plate to the apartment needs to be fixed properly to the door. If all these issues - most of which were very minor -were to be addressed, particularly the parking, this would be a very pleasant place to stay and would merit a high rating. I did enjoy my stay, as I love Carbis Bay. I hope the points raised will be helpful.

Artistic Interiors, very clean and like the scones and cream on arrival. Amazing breathtaking views of the Carbis Bay with the sound of ocean in your ears. A lot of light and positive vibes in the apartment. Would definitely recommend and book it again. 5 mins via train into St Ives and just so convienient

To be careful walking upwards from the Carbis beach towards the apartment can be a steep walk and taxing for unfit people like me :) else there is nothing not to like about this place. Just wonderful.
