A luxurious detached holiday home with 3 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children (8 total). Stunning beach & sea views from every room that will take your breath away.

Fully equipped open-plan kitchen including integrated oven, microwave, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, with large separate dining area for 8 with bay window/doors overlooking the sea.
Contemporary styled living room with real flame gas fire & snug area with access to the sun deck.
Nest smart home, Harmon-Kardon WiFi multiroom speaker system, 4k 50"+ Smart TVs in every bedroom and the lounge with a Blu Ray DVD player & soundbar/sub.
Electric Vehicle charging included (fair use policy), type 2 cable included.
Family friendly with integrated stair gates, highchair, fireguard & travel cot provided.
The rear garden is secure for children with a fabulous sun deck overlooking the bay with luxurious dining furniture & loungers as well as good sized lawn area.
Spacious master bedroom with superior super-king bed & en-suite bathroom, both with amazing sea views.
Bed 2 has the same premium super-king bed and boasts a wonderful bay window with sea views.
Bed 3 has the flexible option of a king and single, or triple single bed system, at your request, with an additional pull out bed underneath (150cm long or children
The house sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children across 3 bedrooms.
Bedding, linen & towel packs provided for 6 adults (guests to provide the towels for +2 additional children and the bedding & linen for the small pull out beds, if required).
Industry leading cleaning & changeover company to ensure 5 star standards & optimum guest safety.
Welcome pack inclusive of soap, dish cloth, toilet/kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets & bin liners are all provided on arrival.
Laundry facilities including washer-dryer and iron/board are included.

Just had a wonderful couple of weeks in Carbis bay. We all just loved the house. Spacious, well equipped, comfy beds, enjoyed the hot tub and… wow what a lovely view (from every room!). Lisa and Neil were great hosts -communication excellent and any issues were dealt with speedily. Very handy for the nice sandy, sheltered beach at Carbis bay (good for SUP ) yes it’s a bit of a steep walk (5-10mins) but doable….Also handy for train into St Ives (takes 5mins) and some good local restaurant options. Loved it, want to go back!

We had an amazing week stay at this beautiful house. The views are incredible and just a 5 minute walk to Carbis Bay & a stunning walk along the coastal path to St Ives. Great house, well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic hosts, great communication. Perfect base to explore Cornwall.

Beautiful house with stunning views over carbis bay. Very well equipped with plenty of space inside and outside for everyone. Comfy beds and the hot tub was an added touch. Walk to carbis bay was 6mins down a steep hill and tesco superstore half a mile away for convenience. Neil and Lisa were exceptional hosts providing us with a brand new bbq for our evening outdoor dining and were on hand immediately when the shower leaked that was dealt with the next day. Unfortunately the dryer part of the washer/dryer didnt work so struggled to dry our towels after the hot tub but we were provided with an airer. It was our first visit to this house and we usually travel around cornwall but we loved the beach so much that we stayed all week and we even saw shooting stars at night. We loved our stay here so much so that we are in the process of booking for next year!
