Ich teile die Therme und das Haus in 2 Bewertungen. Therme: Wir waren sehr begeistert von der großen Therme. Sowohl der Innenbereich als auch der Außenbereich waren super. Es gab viele tolle Rutschen, die teilweise sehr hoch und schnell waren, aber auch welche für etwas jüngere Kinder. Drinne war es auch sehr angenehm. Haus: Es gab eine Klimaanlage. Außerdem gab es einen tollen Grill.

Leider war das Haus teilweise dreckig und es waren viele Ameisen unterwegs. Außerdem gab es in einem Zimmer keinen Kleiderschrank, sondern nur eine kleine Schublade unterm Bett, die sehr verstaubt war. Der Wasserkocher war auch kaputt.

Kad smo stigli kuca je bila hladna i bez wi-fi, pa smo morali da zovemo i nakon mnogo poruka i poziva, sredili smo sve. Posle prva 3 sata u kuci imali smo super 4 dana u savrseni produzeni vikend.

Das Haus war sauber, der Weg in die Therme kurz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Perfekt für Familien. Unser Kurztrip war perfekt.

The only positive thing about this place was its proximity to the water park. That was the only advantage. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.

We specifically booked accommodation with a kitchen because we were traveling with our baby and needed to prepare meals. Unfortunately, neither the stove nor the kettle was working. When we reported the issue, we were told that it had not been reported by previous guests. That is not an acceptable explanation. It is the host’s responsibility to check that everything is working properly before accepting a new reservation, rather than relying on previous guests to report problems. We also requested a baby cot, but it was not properly prepared. They simply placed the cot in the room without a mattress, bedding, or any other essentials. It was not ready to use. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. It was clear that the house had not been properly prepared for new guests before our arrival. We entered a home that was noticeably dirty, and the overall level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. This is simply not what we expect when booking accommodation, especially for a family with children.
