Das Apartment ist groß mit einer kleinen Terrasse. Kurze Strecke in die Therme - ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Beim einchecken wurde unser Kennzeichen anscheinend nicht registriert. Wir kamen nie schnell über die Schranken, musste sogar aussteigen und zur Rezeption kommen weil die Dame mich rein winkte.
Am ersten Tag musste ich kalt duschen. Boiler war defekt. Die Rezeption erreichte man nie telefonisch! Wir mussten dadurch zu Fuß zur Rezeption und das Problem persönlich besprechen. Der Techniker kam noch am selben Tag - das fand ich toll.
Am nächsten Tag wollte ich Nudel kochen, leider ging der Herd nicht. Das Wasser wurde warm, kochte jedoch nie, weil sich die Herdplatte dann ständig ausgeschaltet hat.
Therme indoor leider viel zu laut, noch dazu wird oft Musik lautstark gespielt. Das mag nicht jedes Kind.
Am Abreisetag war das Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich.
Da fühlt man sich nicht wie im Urlaub leider.
