Clean and good communication.
signage from road and on outside of building would be very helpful. I think the details said breakfast - I found cake and fruit juice but no milk for a hot cup of tea or coffee which would have been nice.

The place has everything you could possibly need, all you need to bring is your food, there is plenty of space, a large living room and kitchen, with two good size bedrooms, plenty of hot water and the air conditioning works well. Also you have your own parking place directly outside the door. And a nice cool balcony. It's on the edge of the town, close to open fields, so nice and quiet.
It's on the first floor, but the steps are easy, no good for people who can't walk though.
