The property was well-located, and overall comfortable - a great place for a short stay. Overall the cleanliness was OK. The location was quiet and relaxing and right across the street from beach access. Great place to stay for the value.
The sofa bed could use a good cleaning and a new mattress, it was not very comfortable, you could feel the springs. It also was rusty and stained. The bar stools were not useable. The screws needed tightening. One of the box fans needs replacing, the blades were broke off making the fan useable.

The stove was broken. I reported it but nothing was done about it. The pull out sofa was dirty and uncomfortable. The building swayed when the wind blew.
