Хороше розміщення. Близько до центру (хв 10 пішки) та до моря (15 хв). Є всі зручності: зарядні станції, павербанк, кондиціонер, навіть фен який працює не від розетки.
Трішки погана шумоізоляція.

Все сподобалось!другий поверх,тихий дворик, місцезнаходження зручне,поруч магазини,на ланжерон пішки 30 хв,центр 15 хв!Уважний господар,завжди на зв'язку(в квартирі була водичка питна,кава,цукор,навіть крупи,було аварійне відключення світла - одразу привезли зарядну станцію,дякуємо).
Сусіди тупотіли як слони та грали на піаніно і машини за вікном мов реактивні проносяться!Але це таке...не залежить від господаря.

Перша квартира за останні 15 поїздок, яка в живу виглядає ще гарніше, ніж на фото. Зазвичай все протилежно, тут просто вау ефект.
