有四種杯子可以使用!廚具和打掃工具很棒。五樓除了要爬樓梯以外都很好，很安靜，有三個窗戶採光超級好。管理人員線上回覆很快。
對東京不熟，不知道很多HOTEL(實為民宿)會沒有電梯，下次會跟房東說要安排一樓或二樓。

it's a nice comfortable stay! Good for family. We have the ground floor unit so it's convenient, but the stairs for the upper floor could be quite narrow to navigate with luggage. It's centrally located, a very short walk to the local bus system but expect 10-15mins for major stations. Very close to convenience stores. The staff is responsive and polite.
The alarm went off without clear reason on one of the days, even though the issue was resolved with the staff, but it would have been good to provide clear instructions in the room so we know how to manage (instead of the need to reach out to the staff, which takes time to communicate)
